Terms of Service

1. Beta Service Operation

vStory is currently provided as a beta service and can be used free of charge during the beta period. You can use the service as a non-member without logging in, or create an account and log in to utilize additional features such as project storage. The beta service may receive continuous updates for feature improvement and stability, and the beta period may end without prior notice.

2. No Use of Files for AI Training

Files uploaded by users are not used for AI model training or dataset creation.

3. File Processing and Retention

Original files and project files uploaded by the user (hereinafter referred to as ‘Work Data’) are transmitted to our servers to process video generation and provide the “Load Previous Work” feature.

• Non-logged-in users: Access to Work Data is restricted once 1 day has passed from the last work session.
• Logged-in users: Work Data is stored in the user’s account, and previous work can be loaded at any time as long as the account is maintained. Stored Work Data can be manually deleted by the user.

Work Data is not used for any purposes other than the above.

4. Security of Prompts and Editing Requests

All text-based inputs provided by the user, such as video generation prompts and editing requests, are processed in a masked format to account for the possibility of sensitive information being included. These inputs are not viewed during normal service operation and may only be reviewed within a limited scope when necessary for diagnosing and resolving service errors or abnormal behavior.

5. Storage of Previous Work Data

Work Data is stored to provide the “Load Previous Work” feature.
