Full Refund
- A full refund means receiving a 100% payment cancellation via the payment method used at the time of payment. You can directly apply for a full refund to the Vrew team within 14 days after the payment of the fee, if you have not used any of the services at all.
The criteria for a full refund are as follows:
- No use of the voice analysis feature
- No use of the AI voice feature
- No use of the translation feature
If you meet all of these conditions, you are eligible for a full refund. If there is any usage within 14 days, only a partial refund is possible.
As soon as the refund process is completed by the Vrew team, you will be immediately transitioned from a premium user to a free user.
Partial Refund
- A partial refund means receiving a refund for the remaining period after already using the service for a certain period.
- As soon as the refund process is completed by the Vrew team, you will be immediately transitioned from a premium user to a free user.
- Partial refunds are proportionate to the total purchase period, and individual refunds for partial features are not possible.
