Hello, this is the Vrew Team. To provide a wide variety of AI voices, Vrew utilizes several third-party engines in addition to our own proprietary technology.
One of our providers, ElevenLabs, will be discontinuing their "Ava" and "Caroline" voices. Accordingly, these voices will no longer be available on Vrew starting March 3rd.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this sudden news may cause. We are committed to providing a more stable and reliable service moving forward.

We regret to inform you of an upcoming change to our AI voice feature.
Vrew provides a variety of AI voices using both our proprietary engine and third-party engines. However, due to the discontinuation of AI voices by one of our provides, KT, some KT voices previously available in Vrew will no longer be supported.
We explored potential solutions through multiple discussions with KT and related companies. However, due to the complexity of transferring rights for recorded voice data and voice generation models, we were unable to retain all voices.
As a result, of the 110 AI voices previously provided by KT:
If you use multiple AI voices to create videos, it may be difficult to determine which ones are affected based on name alone.
